Well, see, some people can't understand that...
Steal is by definition:

take without the owner's consent

Having that said, some random *jerk* used ALL my photoblog layout on his site (he doesn't even deserve the link back) - Pixelpost driven. CSS, images, scripts, every damn thing.
Of course, being "not so smart", this copycat linked everything back to my site. I mean, how stupid is that?

The following are the screenshots (mine and his, comparatively) I could capture just before his site went bye-bye:

Sorry to hear that…and hope he didn’t piss you off so much to prevent you from releasing your old version templates for people like me who have been waiting:-). I’ve been checking often and infact love the older templates beter than the current one.

Hi keoshi! Do not worry! I think you should just smile. Copying is the greatest form of recognition! You are a great artist. I think you better get used to it. Its just a damn copycat who does not have the power to make something of its own. Yet i understand your anger. And man you are great, i was looking at your portfolio and had a look in your photoblog too. I feel like quiting… Hmm, ok maybe not ;p “Ne cede…”
